I came to Brazil as a missionary who had experience with evangelism on the streets of Amsterdam, but I had so much I needed to learn. When I arrived to teach the children, I ultimately learned more from their lives than I thought possible. Their courage, and readiness to forgive taught me much in my walk of faith.
Day 4: book of the year! I really enjoyed reading this book by Gene Stratton Porter called The Keeper of the Bees published in 1925. It had an interesting story with a lesson of wisdom at the end. @susannahconway #decemberreflections2024
Day 3: Remembering! Here’s a picture of our babies Maggie and Gracie when we brought them home in 2020! These are beautiful dogs, a lot of work at times, but so worth it! @susannahconway #decemberreflections2024
